This agreement covers lawn service by Greenway Lawn & Landscape Solutions LLC ("Greenway") at your service address. It starts when you reply YES to our text or pay your first-month invoice. Your price, address, parts of the yard and cut day are in the text we send you.
What every cut includes
- Mowing of the parts of the yard you chose (front, back, sides)
- Edging along driveways, walks and curbs
- String trimming around beds, fences and obstacles
- Blowing clippings off driveways, walks and patios
- A photo text when the cut is done
We cut on the same day each week (or every 2 weeks). If a holiday or weather moves your day, we text you first. Add-ons like leaf cleanup, aeration and shrub trimming are quoted and billed separately.
Price and billing
Your first month is paid up front, before the first cut, and includes 50% off your first cut. After that, you're billed monthly by autopay to the card on file.
| Plan | Cuts in first month | First-month payment |
|---|---|---|
| Every week | 4 | 4 × your price, minus half of one cut |
| Every 2 weeks | 2 | 2 × your price, minus half of one cut |
Example: a $55 weekly cut means a first-month payment of $192.50 (4 × $55 = $220, minus $27.50).
- After the first month, autopay charges at the start of each month for that month's scheduled cuts.
- Months with a 5th cut day include that cut at your normal price.
- Cuts you skip with notice are credited to your next bill.
- A failed card payment pauses service until it's paid.
Skips, pauses, rain and access
- Skip a cut: text us at least 24 hours before your cut day and we credit that cut. Less notice means the cut is charged.
- Pause service: text us any time to pause for travel or a dry spell. Autopay stops until you restart.
- Rain or storms: we move your cut to the next workable day and text you. A cut we can't make up that week is credited.
- Access: keep gates unlocked on your cut day and pets inside. If we can't get in safely, the visit counts as a cut.
- Your yard: please pick up toys, hoses and dog waste before your cut day. We're not responsible for items left in the grass.
Cancelling
- Your first month is prepaid and not refundable, because it includes your first-cut discount. If Greenway can't complete the first month's cuts, we refund the cuts we missed.
- After the first month, cancel any time by text or email. Cancelling stops autopay for the next month; cuts already paid for that month are still completed.
- No contract and no cancellation fee.
Your price per cut stays the same for 12 months from your first cut, unless you change the parts of the yard or how often we cut.
The Greenway promise and damage
- Fix-it-free promise: not happy with a cut? Text us within 24 hours. We come back and fix it at no charge. Still not right? That cut is credited.
- Damage: tell us within 48 hours with a photo. If our crew caused it, we repair or pay for it.
- Not covered: hidden items in the grass (sprinkler heads, cables, invisible dog fence wire) that weren't marked or pointed out, and damage from weather, pests or drought.
Texts, photos and agreeing
- We text you about your service: cut-day reminders, schedule changes, done photos and billing. These aren't marketing texts.
- Deals and seasonal offers are only sent if you checked the marketing box when you signed up. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
- We may use photos of your lawn (never your house number or people) to show our work.
You agree to this agreement by replying YES to our text or by paying your first-month invoice.
